  • 2 green onion finely chopped with stem
  • 1/2 dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon capers finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 stick pack Superfood from the Sea
  • Salt and pepper to taste
