- 2 green onion finely chopped with stem
- 1/2 dill pickles finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 stick pack Superfood from the Sea
- Salt and pepper to taste
