  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ripe frozen banana rough chop
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 3 cubes ice
  • 1 stick pack Superfood from the Sea
