Main Mixture

  • 12 oz albacore tuna flaked in water (albacore) drain before using
  • 1 stock celery chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped with stem
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Balkan Yogurt for low fat version Dill to taste optional with Yogurt version
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Banana Hot Peppers optional
  • 1 Cucumber chopped - optional
  • 1 stick Pack of Superfood from the Sea
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 piece Lettuce


  • Combine all ingredients of main mixture. You might find the banana hot peppers and cucumbers are unusual buttery them! Lots of unexpected flavor and crunch.
  • Toast bread (orplain if you prefer), add main mixture and some lettuce to finish. Enjoy!
