Ingredients
Main Mixture
- 12 oz albacore tuna flaked in water (albacore) drain before using
- 1 stock celery chopped
- 1 green onion chopped with stem
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Balkan Yogurt for low fat version Dill to taste optional with Yogurt version
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Banana Hot Peppers optional
- 1 Cucumber chopped - optional
- 1 stick Pack of Superfood from the Sea
- 4 slices Bread
- 1 piece Lettuce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients of main mixture. You might find the banana hot peppers and cucumbers are unusual buttery them! Lots of unexpected flavor and crunch.
- Toast bread (orplain if you prefer), add main mixture and some lettuce to finish. Enjoy!
