Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (VH)
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 5 large tomatoes rough chop
- 2 onions rough chop
- 1 green pepper rough chop
- 227 gr mushrooms cut into thick slices
- 1 stick pack Superfood from the Sea
Chicken
- 9-11 chicken thighs boneless
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients of sauce in a large pot and slowly bring to a boil.
- Add chicken thighs, stir well to coat with sauce.
- Cover and keep on slow boil for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Leave covered on no heat to set for 15 minutes.
- Tear chicken apart, stir and serve over basmati rice. Enjoy!
